37 Weeks!

This week has been so physically and mentally hard.

With the onset of early labor on Tuesday ( as described below) the rest of my week has been an achy crampy mess. I spent much of the day after I had been sent home from the hospital crying and trying to get back there. I spent a good amount of time walking up and down the stairs and Sterling and I had some experiments of our own, nothing worked.

Every day was spent dealing with the cramps and aches and every night consisted of contractions and a far too happy baby! He likes to spend MY nights sleeping as HIS play time, and although it is painful and keeping me from sleep, I love every second of it.

This week has taught me a lesson if nothing else (AKA real labor setting in...) He will come. Sooner or later (sooner rather than later) he will be here, enjoy these last few days with Sterling and your bed.

I still love to watch him move and laugh as he runs a fist across my belly. It really doesn't get much more amazing than being able to carry a baby and feel him grow inside you and then, when he gets bigger, watch him grow inside you! It is, and I have said this before, such a beautiful gift for women. We are truly blessed individuals to be Mothers.

We are awaiting my mini man's entrance into this world with very ready arms and video cameras!!
